VALUE CONCEPTS, INC. (VCI) was incorporated February 1989 to provide project management, right-of-way acquisition and regulatory permitting services to: public utilities, state agencies, county governments, municipalities, private enterprises and telecommunication companies.

The company’s president, H. "Buddy" Robinson, Jr. SR/WA, is past president of Georgia Chapter 22 International Right-of-Way Association (IRWA), and has over 36 years of experience in acquisition and project management.
